    Suggested Use

    Recommended use: This traditional Ayurvedic drink makes it easy to boost your turmeric intake and is packed with powerhouse spices for enhanced bioavailability.

    Recommended adult dose: Add 1 scoop (approx. 5 g) to your choice of beverage (minimum 200 mL recommended) and shake or blend until smooth. To make a hot delicious chai latte, simply mix into heated milk or nut-milk.

    Caution: Keep out of the reach of children.

      How do Whole Earth & Sea formulas compare to other whole-food supplements?

      Several companies market versions of what they refer to as “whole-food” vitamins. Most of the nutrients in supplements marketed as whole-food are produced by mixing (USP) vitamins and minerals with Saccharomyces cerevisiae (baker’s yeast) sugar or molasses in a big tank.
