About 100% Vegan Vitamin D3 & K2

Whole Earth & Sea 100% Vegan Vitamin D3 & K2 is a plant-based source of these essential vitamins, developed especially for vegans and vegetarians. Carefully and sustainably extracted from 100% non-GMO algae, 100% Vegan Vitamin D3 & K2 contains natural vitamin D in its most bioactive cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) form. It also includes vitamin K2, sourced naturally from non-GMO natto beans, in its highly active MK-7 form.

Vitamin D, often called “the sunshine vitamin,” plays a crucial role in bone development and supports immune function. It helps in the absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, which in turn helps form and maintain strong bones and teeth. Vitamin K2 serves many functions in the body and works complementarily with vitamin D to maintain bone health. Given that common dietary sources of vitamin D are fish and fortified dairy products, strict vegetarians and vegans often lack this essential nutrient.

Our dual-action 100% Vegan Vitamin D3 & K2 formula comes in a convenient liquid format that is easy to take. Each drop contains 250 IU of vitamin D3 and 30 mcg of vitamin K2. We recommend taking up to four drops per day to help meet your individual vitamin D and K requirements when sun exposure and dietary intake are low.

Recommended use:

Recommended adult dose (19 and older): 1 to 4 drops daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
For deficiency claims: 4 drops daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.

  Many of them come from our farms – kale, alfalfa, spearmint, oregano, peppers, cilantro, parsley, and echinacea to name a few. If the plant is not from our farms you can rest assured that the ingredients we are using are from farmers known for their commitment to grow organically with the same care and ethical farming practices we also use. Each food source is rigorously examined for quality, prior to being used in a Whole Earth & Sea product.

  Most of the vitamins and minerals in the multivitamin formulas as well as Bone Structure formula are from the fresh farm ingredients or from food sources such as organic algae (calcium), lichen (vitamin D3), sunflower oil (vitamin E), natto (vitamin K2), Indian gooseberry (vitamin C), selenium (sprouted garlic), Dunaliella salina (beta carotene), kelp (iodine), marigold flowers (lutein), and tomatoes (lycopene). Our proprietary formula also utilizes activated forms of vitamins to ensure that meaningful levels of key nutrients are delivered in the bioactive whole-food formula.
