1–2 cups coconut or organic dairy based yogurt (for the base)

6–8 blackberries

2 strawberries, sliced

1/2 peach, sliced

1/2 kiwi, sliced

1 tbsp buckwheat groats

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 scoop Whole Earth & Sea® Energize Adrenal Boost


Optional: nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts), seeds (pumpkin, flax) for extra essential fatty acids (omega-3 and omega-6)


Optional: If you want more protein (especially if using coconut yogurt), add 1 scoop of your favorite vegan protein and blend into the yogurt first.


  1. Add your choice of yogurt to a bowl, reserving 1 tbsp to mix with the Energize Adrenal Boost powder.
  2. Add your ingredients to the bowl, including the powder-yogurt blend, and sprinkle with chia seeds and any other nuts or seeds of your choice.Enjoy and get boosted!
