Q
Are most or all of the plants in the Whole Earth & Sea formulas from your own farms?
AMany of them come from our farms – kale, alfalfa, spearmint, oregano, peppers, cilantro, parsley, and echinacea to name a few. If the plant is not from our farms you can rest assured that the ingredients we are using are from farmers known for their commitment to grow organically with the same care and ethical farming practices we also use. Each food source is rigorously examined for quality, prior to being used in a Whole Earth & Sea product.

Q
How do Whole Earth & Sea formulas compare to other whole-food supplements?
ASeveral companies market versions of what they refer to as “whole-food” vitamins. Most of the nutrients in supplements marketed as whole-food are produced by mixing (USP) vitamins and minerals with Saccharomyces cerevisiae (baker’s yeast) sugar or molasses in a big tank. After some amount of time has passed (usually 12 – 24 hours), the yeast is killed off and the material is dried off. By contrast, Whole Earth & Sea formulas use Farm Fresh Factors™ as well as other whole food sources and raw processes these nutrient-dense plants using our proprietary EnviroSimplex® technology, yielding a concentrated biomass of bioenergetic vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and phytonutrients.

Q
What are the common ingredients in Whole Earth & Sea formulas?
AThe ingredients vary from formula to formula. The overall goal with Whole Earth & Sea is to create formulas that are from food sources whenever possible and to keep processing to a minimum. All plants are organically grown from non-GMO seeds. Also all harvests, including the herring, are sustainable.
