Simple Green Smoothie Recipe

This recipe is great for breakfast, to take on the go or for a mid-day pre-workout snack.

Ingredients

2 cups water or milk alternative, 1 cup raw – washed kale, 1 whole banana, 1 cup raw-soaked almonds,1 tsp raw virgin coco oil, 1 scoop Organic chocolate proteins and greens plant vegan protein powder, 2 tsp ground flax seed, optional: 1 tbsp hemp seeds or organic hemp protein

Instructions

Blend water and almonds, add greens and then blend all ingredients until smooth. Add ice if preferred.
