Factors Farms in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia has been growing for a quarter century. We make sure to choose true “species” non-GMO seeds for our seedlings, and we participate in seed saving programs.

Factors Farms enjoys extremely fertile alluvial topsoil and an ideal microclimate for growing delicate herbs. Everything is organically grown and fertilized with compost and nitrogen-rich sea plants. No synthetic pesticides (or even permissible organic pesticides) are used – EVER!

The human touch of hand-harvesting allows us to select individual plants at peak potency and process them as whole plants within hours at our own facilities. We even weed by hand!

Gentle, low-temperature blending

We blend the raw plants in a special bio-activation chamber. Our proprietary EnviroSimplex^® process allows the natural enzymes, probiotics and prebiotics to help culture our ingredients. Gentle agitation and low heat shorten drying times and protect sensitive phytonutrients.

Heat, UV light and oxygen protection

Our processing temperature never exceeds 118°F (48°C). We also protect ingredients from UV light and oxygen throughout the process. Then we package our supplements in protective glass bottles with toxin-free outer packaging made of 100% recycled material.
