About Pure Food Cogni-Fit
Whole Earth & Sea Pure Food Cogni-Fit is designed specifically to support healthy cognitive activity. Its rich omega-3 fatty acid content, in a near 3:1 ratio of DHA to EPA, comes from Romega™ 30 herring roe extract sustainably harvested from Norwegian spring-spawning herring. Each softgel contains choline, astaxanthin, and a significant dose of DHA and EPA in phospholipid form, which is easier for the body to absorb.*
Omega-3s are essential for brain and heart health and the phospholipid forms of DHA and EPA are particularly important for brain function. The omega-3 fatty acid docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) is the most abundant fatty acid in the human brain and is critical both for brain development in children and for maintaining a healthy brain in adults. Choline improves cognitive performance, and astaxanthin is one of nature’s most powerful antioxidants and a natural “brain food”.
Cogni-Fit comes from sustainably harvested spring-spawning Norwegian herring roe with more omega-3 phospholipids than krill oil, and is a sustainable alternative to krill. The Norwegian spring-spawning herring fishery has been independently certified by the Marine Stewardship Council, whose mission is to conserve the marine habitat. Herring is classified as a “species of least concern” by the International Union of Conservation of Nature.
Cogni-Fit is guaranteed non-GMO and provides 250.25 mg of DHA, 79.3 mg of EPA, 27.3 mg of choline, and 360 mcg of astaxanthin per softgel. The softgels are small and easy to swallow, with no fishy repeat.

Suggested Usage: 1 softgel 1-2 times per day or as directed by a health professional.
Cautions: Keep out of the reach of children.
How do Whole Earth & Sea formulas compare to other whole-food supplements?A
Several companies market versions of what they refer to as “whole-food” vitamins. Most of the nutrients in supplements marketed as whole-food are produced by mixing (USP) vitamins and minerals with Saccharomyces cerevisiae (baker’s yeast), sugar or molasses in a big tank. After some amount of time has passed (usually 12 – 24 hours), the yeast is harvested and the material is dried off. By contrast, Whole Earth & Sea uses our proprietary EnviroSimplex® technology to infuse each supplement with the concentrated goodness of raw nutrition.
Whole Earth & Sea formulas claim to be organic. What does that mean?A
The Factors Farms are certified 100% organic. Our crops are fertilized only with compost and nitrogen-rich sea plants and are meticulously cared for by hand. The plants are then harvested at their peak and immediately raw processed at our own facilities.
Why is Whole Earth & Sea in glass bottles?A
We use glass bottles because it is environmentally sound. Whole Earth & Sea uses glass bottles as well as outer packaging made from 100% recycled materials.
