Ingredients
- 4 pitted medjool dates
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 cups water
- 2 medium tomatoes
- ½ can of tomato paste
- 1 red pepper
- 1 red onion
- 2 cups crimini mushrooms
- 1 cup dry red lentils
- 1 tsp chili powder (add one more if you like it spicy!)
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
