This simple herb marinade will add a robust flavour to any vegetables, meats or tofu and is great for barbequing!
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoons olive oil
1-2 tablespoons of each of the following herbs:
2 teaspoons fresh minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Coarsely chop all herbs, and mix together all ingredients in a large dish. Add your protein or vegetables and ensure they are all covered with the marinade. Let vegetables and tofu sit for approximately 30 minutes in the fridge. If you’re marinating meat, let it sit for up to 24 hours refrigerated.
