Bottom Layer Ingredients:

Top Layer Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup kombucha (berry flavours or ginger are nice)*

* You can substitute plain yogurt (dairy or non-dairy) and juice instead of kombucha or kefir.


  1. Toss all bottom layer ingredients a blender and blend till smooth.
  2. Pour into desired molds and freeze until set (approx. 1 to 1.5 hour).
  3. Remove from freezer and top with kombucha or plain yogurt. Freeze again until the top layer is set (approx. 1 to 1.5 hour).
