Ingredients
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of white onions finely chopped
- 1/2 cup of Portobello mushrooms finely chopped
- 2 eggs, whisked
- 1 cups of black beans
- 3/4 cup of cooked whole wheat rice
- 3/4 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of cooked corn
- 1/4 cup Whole Earth & Sea 100% Fermented Organic Greens (unflavored)
- 1/3 cup of crumbled feta cheese
- 3 tbsp of parsley finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
