Chocolate Chip Bars


  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • ¼ cup organic sprouted pumpkin seeds
  • 1 scoop Whole Earth & Sea® Protein & Greens – Organic Chocolate
  • 1 Tbsp organic chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp ground organic flax seeds
  • ¼ cup organic unsweetened desiccated coconut
  • ¼ cup sugar-free chocolate chips*
  • ½ cup organic nut butter of choice (more if needed to coat the dry ingredients)
  • ¼ cup maple syrup


  1. Mix sliced almonds, pumpkin seeds, Protein & Greens, chia seeds, flax seeds, coconut, and chocolate chips in a bowl.
  2. Combine with nut butter and maple syrup, and place in silicone molds.
  3. Place in freezer overnight.

*Chocolate chips are optional. I add them to the top of the bars for portion control.
